The 30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return most items for a refund — whether the product was defective or simply isn't the right fit for your bench, rack, or desk. No interrogation, no hoops.

This policy covers purchases made directly on this store. Items bought through Amazon, a retailer, or a reseller are governed by that seller's return policy — though our warranty still stands behind the product.

What can be returned

To qualify for a standard return, items should be in resellable condition — unused or lightly tested, with all original parts, accessories, and packaging where possible. We get that you need to plug it in to know it fits; light testing is fine.

Not eligible for return

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Products with physical damage, misuse, or modification not present on arrival.
  • Clearance or "final sale" items, where marked.
  • Gift cards.

Defective or damaged-on-arrival items are always covered, even past resellable condition. See Damaged or wrong item.

How to start a return

The whole thing takes a few minutes:

  1. Contact us. Use the contact form or email info@crsttech.com with your order number and what you'd like to return.
  2. Get your RMA. We'll email a Return Merchandise Authorization and, where applicable, a prepaid shipping label — usually within one business day.
  3. Pack it up. Use the original box if you can. Include the packing slip or write your order number inside.
  4. Ship it back. Drop it off with the carrier on the label. Hold onto your tracking number.
  5. Get refunded. Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue your refund (see below).

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except where the return is our fault. We never charge a restocking fee on standard returns.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes a quick inspection, we issue your refund to the original payment method. You'll get an email confirmation when it's processed.

  • Processing: refunds are issued within 2 business days of us receiving the return.
  • Bank posting: it then takes your bank or card issuer 3–5 business days to post the credit.
  • Amount: the full product price, minus any return label fee for change-of-mind returns.

Exchanges

Want a different model instead of a refund? Tell us when you request your return and we'll set up an exchange. If there's a price difference we'll either refund or collect it. The fastest route for a different item is usually to place a new order and return the original for a refund — just ask and we'll guide you.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, that's on us. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll ship a free replacement right away — in most cases you won't need to send the original back first.

For a product that fails later in normal use, you're covered by the CRST warranty for the full coverage period.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't seen your refund after the windows above: first re-check the original payment account, then contact your card issuer — posting times vary. If it's still missing, contact us with your order number and we'll trace it on our end.
