You have 30 days from the delivery date to return most items for a refund — whether the product was defective or simply isn't the right fit for your bench, rack, or desk. No interrogation, no hoops.
This policy covers purchases made directly on this store. Items bought through Amazon, a retailer, or a reseller are governed by that seller's return policy — though our warranty still stands behind the product.
To qualify for a standard return, items should be in resellable condition — unused or lightly tested, with all original parts, accessories, and packaging where possible. We get that you need to plug it in to know it fits; light testing is fine.
Defective or damaged-on-arrival items are always covered, even past resellable condition. See Damaged or wrong item.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except where the return is our fault. We never charge a restocking fee on standard returns.
Once your return arrives and passes a quick inspection, we issue your refund to the original payment method. You'll get an email confirmation when it's processed.
Want a different model instead of a refund? Tell us when you request your return and we'll set up an exchange. If there's a price difference we'll either refund or collect it. The fastest route for a different item is usually to place a new order and return the original for a refund — just ask and we'll guide you.
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, that's on us. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll ship a free replacement right away — in most cases you won't need to send the original back first.
For a product that fails later in normal use, you're covered by the CRST warranty for the full coverage period.
If you haven't seen your refund after the windows above: first re-check the original payment account, then contact your card issuer — posting times vary. If it's still missing, contact us with your order number and we'll trace it on our end.
