Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM PT ship the same business day; orders placed after that, or over a weekend, ship the next business day.
We ship primarily from our own warehouse in West Covina, California. To shorten transit, a portion of orders are fulfilled from the nearest partner (Amazon) fulfillment center instead — either way, your tracking and delivery estimate stay the same.
During major sales events, processing can take an extra 1–2 business days. If timing is critical, choose an expedited method at checkout or contact us first.
Every order ships free — no minimum, no checkout surprise. Need it sooner? Optional expedited upgrades are available at checkout. Delivery windows below are business days after the order ships, not including processing time.

We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or internationally. If you're outside our coverage area, many CRST products are available through our Amazon storefront in your region.
As soon as your order ships, we'll email a tracking link to the address on your order. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after the label is created — that's normal.
Need it sooner? Reply to your confirmation email or reach us at info@crsttech.com with your order number (#CRST-…) and we'll pull it up.
Once a package leaves our hands it's in the carrier's network. Weather, holidays, and peak volume can add time. If tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, contact us and we'll open a trace.
Inspect your order on arrival. If the product arrived damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the box. We'll send a free replacement — no need to ship the damaged unit back first.
If tracking shows delivered but you don't have the package, check with neighbors and your building, then contact us within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to locate it or make it right.
Double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't redirect a package after it ships. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately; if the order hasn't shipped yet we'll fix it.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong or incomplete address, unclaimed at a pickup point), we'll reach out to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs for address errors are the customer's responsibility.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local rates. Tax-exempt or reseller orders should be placed through our For Business team with documentation on file.
